ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia operations will close for the holidays from Friday, 24th December 2021 returning Monday, 10th of January, 2022.
Our Melbourne distribution centre will continue to operate, along with our Customer Service team who will be available during this period, with the exception of Public Holidays. For all your enquiries please contact Customer service on 1300 LOCK UP.
Key Cut-off dates:
All Coding/Keying orders required for dispatch prior to Christmas must be received by the following dates:

| Abloy & Commercial Keying Orders | Cut-off Date |
| Small Orders (less than 200 cylinders) | Thursday 2nd December 2021 |
| Large Orders (Between 200 and 500 Cylinders) | Thursday 25th November 2021 |
| Orders above 500 cylinders | By request |
| Non-Keyed Orders | Cut-off Date |
| Non stocked products | Sunday 5th December 2021 |
| Orders for stocked items for delivery prior to Christmas | Thursday 9th December 2021 |
